The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will support its implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate, and play-based curricula. You will work closely with our teaching team to create a vibrant, safe, and engaging learning environment that celebrates diversity and nurtures each child’s potential.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and play with children aged 2.5 to 6 years, fostering their social and emotional development
• Prepare classroom resources, displays, and inspiring learning environments both inside and outside the classroom
• Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with developmental goals
• Support classroom-wide and small-group activities
• Help monitor children’s personal hygiene and daily routines, including toileting support when needed
• Carry out bus and playground duty to ensure safety and supervise outdoor play
• Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher to meet each child’s individual needs
• Model high standards of behavior and language, promoting positive interactions
• Encourage inquiry-based and play-centered learning across all areas
• Attend team meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions proactively

Ideal Candidate:

• Native English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Possesses a valid early years qualification and/or knowledge of the EYFS framework (asset)
• Demonstrates genuine passion and a caring attitude toward young children
• Fun, energetic, and enthusiastic about fostering a joyful learning environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and a strong team player
• Reflective and flexible in your approach to supporting children’s development
• Holds a valid Hong Kong ID with the right to work (permanent ID card or dependent visa)
