Priority will be given to those children who have a sibling who is currently attending or is a graduate of Preschool.
Children who are not offered a spot will be placed on our waiting list.
There is no application fee.
All are family member or helper accompanied sessions unless stated.

These classes are designed for parents to be fully present with their child, supporting connection, confidence, and shared learning. Only parents may accompany their child, and we ask for at least 75% attendance across the term.
These sessions offer flexibility for families. A parent, family member, or helper may accompany the child, creating a warm, supportive environment where little ones feel safe and ready to explore.
Designed for children who are 2 years old on or within the first month of term, these sessions gently support the transition toward more independent preschool routines. Children build confidence, social skills, and familiarity with group learning in a nurturing, age‑appropriate setting.
August Term 2026 (from 17 August to 11 December)
1 class per week: $4,480
Alternate Saturday session: $2,240
January Term 2027 (from 4 January to 25 June)
1 class per week: $6,160
Alternate Saturday session: $2,800
We provide a light snack consisting of fruit and crackers for the children to enjoy. If your child has allergies, please feel free to bring your own snacks. Please note we are a nut and seafood free school.
Snack times are 10:30am for morning sessions and 3:00pm for afternoon sessions. We do not offer nap time.
A limited number of parking spaces are available for City Kids parents at the front of the building on a first come, first serve basis.
Your child needs an accompanying adult, whether it is a parent, helper or other guardian.

We accept applications throughout the year for children between the ages of 2.8 and 5 years old. The main intake for new students is August, but children may be offered a place throughout the year if a space becomes available (limited). Priority is given to siblings of City Kids Preschool students and current members of our Little Stars accompanied programme. Applications are assessed in the order of which they are received and early application is highly recommended.

City Kids is a non-profit school. Fees go directly to the operating budget to support salaries, purchase teaching resources, develop curriculum, provide professional development and maintenance of the facilities.

Yes. We work closely with Castle Brothers, a trusted third‑party school bus provider serving areas including Pok Fu Lam, Mid‑Levels, Causeway Bay, and Happy Valley. Many children begin using the bus service from 2.8 years old.
